The pet policy is misleading, the service for checking in is seriously lacking!!! Overripe water and bathroom lighting issues create discomfort. A little maintenance on leaks and cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the refrigerator and microwave were convenient. However, the worn carpet and the broken elevator significantly detracted from the overall experience.

great base for exploring local parks and landmarks

I loved that I could easily stroll to the Chris Kyle Memorial just under 2 km away, and with a short walk of about 500 meters, I arrived at the popular Cork and Pig Tavern for some delicious food. the hotel was also very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay where the breakfast was spot on and I really appreciated the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. The pool and fitness center were perfect for some relaxation time. The only hiccup was that my room had a bit of a musty smell, but it didn't ruin my experience overall. just a little room for improvement! 😊

Friendly staff at the front desk.

During my stay, I experienced significant water leakage from the ceiling, which disrupted my night. It seemed to be caused by a plumbing issue from the room above. When I tried to reach the front desk for assistance, I received no response at all. This lack of communication was frustrating, and despite promises to address the problem, I was left without any follow-up, leaving me very disappointed.

baymont is on the outskirts and has a great family vibe. the room was spacious with two queen beds. the front receptionist was super helpful when we needed a new room after our first one had issues. they were really friendly, which added to our stay.
